Leaseholders' obligations

Leaseholders are responsible for their property from the skim of the ceilings to the joists of the floorboards.

According to your leases, the interior walls and woodwork of your residences should be repainted every 7 years.

Leaseholders are also responsible for the behaviour of any tenants living in their flats. Guidelines for tenants can be found here.
