Future plans/intended works

Below is a list of the works we intend to undertake at 1 St Cuthberts Road, ordered by year. These works aim to improve the overall state of our building and make it a better place to live, rent out and sell.

2022

• Upgrading the electrics
• Decorating the common parts
• Installing a new carpet

2023

• Installing a new intercom
• Tidying up of front: new pathway, relocate bins, building of a bike/pushchair shelter.
• Gates

2024

• Painting of the exterior and repair of plaster/brickwork
